WPT Global has added another popular poker player to its ever-growing team of ambassadors. Dipping its proverbial toe into the streaming community, WPT Globalā€™s marketing team is hoping to make a splash with Patrick ā€˜Egptionā€™ Tardif.

Patrick ā€˜Egptionā€™ Tardif will use his popular Twitch stream to entertain, educate, and promote poker in his new role as WPT Global ambassador. Now, in the same vein as Bertrand ā€˜ElkYā€™ Grospellier et al., heā€™s built up a fanbase almost as big as his bankroll.

With a following and personality to match, Tardif caught the eye of WPT Globalā€™s marketing team. Commenting on the signing, WPT Globalā€™s Cameron Dhaliwal described it as a double coup.
